The billboards to which I refer are not placed by Disney, but by third parties trying to cash in on selling you theme park tickets before you get there. They often say something like, "See Disney Free!" I've never stopped for one of those billboards, but I've often wondered what kind of offer they could possibly have that would allow you to actually visit the parks for free. My best guess is that they have a life-size cardboard cut-out of Walt in their little shack, and when you pull in they point at it and say, "Look -- you just saw Disney for free!" Ha ha, sucker!
