I've never done either personally, but I would assume that the tour reservation would be similar to dining or FP+, where it asks for the guests in your party, and then you assign (or create) the profiles to attach to it If you weren't logged in when you did it, there's a section of the MDE site where you can link to your other reservations, with a chain icon. You should be able to use the confirmation numbers to tie everything together manually. Additionally, you can call and they should be able to do this for you, or you can have them do it when you check in (if you have the confirmation numbers)
