Two songs of the Stones' 1971 album Sticky Fingers have direct or indirect Faithfull's presence. "Wild Horses"' chorus ("wild horses couldn't drag me away") was originally a phrase said by Marianne right after she went out of coma in 1969, after suffering an 150-barbiturate overdose in an Australian hotel; and "Sister Morphine"'s lyrics were entirely written by her, but she just was credited as a co-writer of the song after a legal battle."
