I should be talking to them in the next couple of days, I'll ask if they have any suggestions for you I remember that they said there was plenty of parking and they checked out and were then able to leave their car in the lot for a few hours longer. In the pictures it looks like they have the "Marriott" beds and we've always found them to be comfortable.

I almost which the hotels would rent strollers themselves.

We've been staying there on various DL vacations for about a decade now. Their "mini-suites" used to have double beds so it was a BIG upgrade when they switched to Q's. (plus a sofa bed that is on the small side). The biggest "pro" for us is the proximity to the crosswalk AND Mc D's AND Millie's cafe (which usually has a "kids eat free" promotion). The rooms have always been clean (and I'm on the picky side when it comes to cleanliness) and are spacious enough. It's definitly not a "high-end" hotel; stripped of all the fancy amenities, but it does have the essentials that glide us nicely through our Disney vacaton- even for our large family. Also, not only is the parking free but we've never had a problem with having ample parking for our large vehicle (though we never go during peak season). They usually have our room ready prior to check-in time, and on the rare occasion the room isn't ready they happily allow us to park there prior to check in so we can go on to Disneyland. If they have a continental breakfast, I wouldn't know about it b/c Mc'D's is too tempting as it's on the way to the crosswalk, LOL!We do enjoy hotels with kids' suites (which FFI does not have) but sometimes we are willing to trade the bigger room for proximity.
