Considering that Mary Tyler Moore passed away yesterday afternoon, can anyone think of any movies MTM did for Disney? If not, wouldn't it be interesting if Disney Purchased MTM Enterprises, Inc. from Fox? Respond either way.
I was very sad to learn of her passing; she really was an icon and was involved in a lot of timeless productions I'm not aware of any Disney connections, but there may be some. Although her production company was behind a lot of iconic and classic TV series, I'm not sure what value it would be to TWDC, who seems to only be interested in Disney-branded franchises. They sold off the incredible Touchstone, Miramax, and Hollywood Pictures libraries several years ago, so it just doesn't seem like the kind of thing they would be interested in. I think MTM Enterprises would probably be better off with a company who is interested in promoting those products For what it's worth, it looks like there's going to be an hour-long special on CBS tonight at 9pm
