Of course, Tucker Bounds (aka baghdad Bob) is quoted as saying "Tucker Bounds, a McCain campaign spokesman, defended the calls, saying, "These calls are based on hard facts." Unclear whether he means these robocalls, or calls with a person on the other end. If he meant the robocalls, and he admitted they're behind them... ??? Anyone know what the law is here? Quite apart from the law, though, this is just one more indication of how low McCain has shown himself willing to stoop.
