    The question is, is it even meat?!

    Fast Food Nation is a good read. I think they're coming out with a version for kids.

    And Fast Food Nation in interesting, but the author blows his credibility in the first chapters talking about Disney (especially DL) in the 1950's and uses many wrong points. The book may be interesting, but it isn't very reliable.
