Then they cut it down to only one lane on the far right to be able to enter Disneyland Dr. Now they block it off entirely and I am forced to cross over Ball Rd via the bridge and onto the ramp leading to I-5. They do not allow U-Turns or a way to turn around for quite a distance. My problem is I DONT WANT to take I-5, I want to be on Ball Rd. So I have to go miles out of my way to make a legal maneuver to go to where I need to be. It's really a pain. Why do they do that?

But you don't have to go miles out of your way. The easiest option, when you go over the bypass bridge, get in the right lane and get onto 5 south, but stay in the far right lane and get off at the next exit, Harbor Blvd. At the top of the offramp, make a left onto Harbor. Go up to traffic lights, and you are at Ball, make a right to go east towards the 57 and 55 freeways, or left to go west on Ball.
