At Disneyland they were for sale at both Town Square cart and the Hub cart for $11. At the Emporium they had a complete end cap full of hanging buckets. Also $11, including a coupon good for popcorn at a "participating" outdoor vending cart. They are really charming, but I am a bit baffled over this abrupt change from Halloween.
