    As I said, again, it was the title of the link from the CNN homepage, not the headline. They are often different.

I managed to "solve" the problem by buying my own portable hard drive to save all of my data on. However, very few people I work with operate this way and most just delete everything they have on a regular basis so that they don't go over mailbox size limits. It wouldn't surprise me if the White House network was just as poorly designed and limited in its capacity to store information, or if there was no standard procedure for archiving e-mail on a regular basis.
