They are so loud and nonstop frequent that most riders are forced to speak to one another in a loud tone of voice, because it's simply hard to hear what your family members are saying to one another over the loud booming PAs. What was once a nice gimmick on the monorails (Thanks Jack Wagner, we love you!) has now become noise pollution of the third decivel degree. Who cares about every character meal there is along the way, or the wedding pavillion your average guest can't afford to get married at, or whether there are a million other options to get from point A to point B. The truth is... NO ONE REALLY CARES and NO ONE IS LISTENING TO THEM EITHER!!!! WDW's management needs to realize this. Instead of bombarding guests with useless mumbojumbo blah blah blah... they should be working more on the efficiency of this system so guests can get to where they need to go without delays and traffic clearance backups. And please.. CUT BACK on the relentless monorail PAs!!! Maybe then, riding the monorails at WDW will be more enjoyable..

Remember, there are a lot of first time guests on the Monorail, and seeing something like the wedding pavilion might be something they'd normally miss out on if not directed to see it. I look at the monorail as not only transportation, but as a good way to get in a nice, long ride around the property so I can see the sights from above. I love looking over at the Magnolia and Palm Golf Courses as we approach the GF. I just think it's totally fun...

Now.. if they were pointing out things along the way, it would be fine, but that is only 10% of the info, as the rest is lots of advertisement junk that is simply unnecesary and LOUD!
