Using DL's 50th as a way to promote WDW makes good sense for them from a financial point of view, but in doing so, it's been IMO a great disservice to DL's vast history and riches. Just like Walt's 100 yrs of magic celebration should have been done at DL, and allowed WDW to celebrate their 30th. Bad calls in the Marketing Dept. But sadly, they do not care to present historical facts or even how clean the MK is now a days.. It's all about the money they can get from guests' business at the resorts.
