In fact, it makes him more guilty because he has concealed his involvement. What else hasn't he said in court? He knew all about the other 911 attacks. His knowledge makes him an accessory alone.

He knew about the general idea of the 9/11 attacks, but that's not what the prosecution is banking their case on. They are insisting that he had direct involvement in them, which according to what he is saying now wasn't the case.

The testimony improves the case against this scum. I don't think the confession is deemed less credible. They legal analysts didn't say anything about the written confession in light of the new testimony. I believe the testimony reveals the true guilt of Moussaoui. Justice cannot be denied. He will be toast on the electric chair.

Trying to discern between the two may well be impossible. Plus, even when he talks crazy it's impossible to tell if he's really crazy or "crazy for effect."
