"If the cheeseburger is a quintessential part of America’s identity, Trump’s pledge to “make America great again” suddenly appeared not very promising. (Presumably, Trump’s Great America tastes like an M.S.G.-flavored kitchen sponge lodged between two other sponges.)"

I first walked into Trump Tower in the 80's, and instantly knew that this guy had no idea what actual taste or class was, but thought if he put enough brass and faux-gold everywhere, he could fool people into thinking he did.

Tiffy's on Katella still holds that title.

The photo in the article looks exactly like a Sbarro I ate at in Minneapolis in the early 90's. Pink marble, brass, and mirrors. What's not to love?

And I'm glad I'm not the only one who had the misfortune of dining at Tiffy's. I wasn't concerned for my health like I would have been at Captain Kidd's (which I've managed to avoid entirely), but it was the slowest service for the worst food, and naturally at marked-up prices

Oh, Hubby and I have enjoyed a number of meals at Tiffy's. Just lucky I guess cuz everybody I know complains about it.
One thing though. They always have "unlimited ribs" on the menu. Whenever my husband has tried to order it the waiter tells him not to as there is no meat on the bones.

So, it's the same way Trump likes his women?

Not sure why anyone would order ribs at Tiffy's. It's not a stake house. A person would probably get more real meat from a McRib.
