We checked in around 3:15pm and headed up to the room. Put down our stuff, looked around, made a quick bathroom break, and headed to the TKTS booth.

This was right outside the front door of the hotel so we just walked across the cross walk and got in line. we ended up getting to the booth at the right time since there was NO LINE WHAT SO EVER. I had been warned online that you would wait around an hour, we only waited around 5 minutes.

We picked Avenue Q for that night so we walked around a little bit, we looked to see if we could find the theater on West 45th streetso we headed that way. We found the Golden Theater but kept on going down the street to find some place to eat. We found a place called Five Napkin Burger. That was the best burger I have ever had. The fries were amazing as well!

We headed back to the hotel, took a shower and got dressed for the show.we got to the theater around 7:15. We waited for about 15 minutes then the doors opened and we headed into the theater.

Cookie guided us to our seats. We had aisle seats in about the 11th row. It was a very small theater so all the seats were good. Let me just say, that was one of the funniest and inappropriate shows I have ever seen. If it comes to your town, go see it! A Freakin Riot!!!

I was very happy I got to see it before it left Broadway in September, I just want to mention it beat Wicked to win the Tony for BEST MUSICAL!

    Part Deux tomorrow!

I often head there on a weekend to see what I can get, and even at its longest I usually don't even wait for 45 minutes - and that is when the line exceeds its marked queue.

Glad you are enjoying yourself magic0214.

Went to Ellens Starlight Dinner for Breakfast, all the Waiters and Waitresses sing, really bad food was there too.

We bought tickets for a Hop on Hop Off bus tour. Those are a must, great information and great to travel around on!

We went to the tip of the island, got on the boat for Statue of Liberty, went past that, went straight to Ellis Island. Pretty interesting, beautiful building too.

Took the bus to South Seaport to the TKTS booth. NO LINE WHAT SO EVER! We got tickets to see Little Mermiad, made a quick bathroom break and got back on the bus.

We went back to Times Square, had dinner at a BBQ place right next to our hotel, then went back to hotel, took showers and got our nice clothes on for the production.

The show was amazing, if you listen to the podcast, Fanboy didn't really care about the show, but I really enjoyed. So day 3 soon!
