Well the ruins will now be OUTSIDE but with an Easter Island theme and the meramids will be there. The Waterfull will be moved FOWARD to hide the ginourmous show boxes. Basically we will be looking INTO dry boxes where all show fx will be. Sort of an aquarium in reverse. The next show scenes will be "jellyfish, mines and Angler Fish". And yes, its OFFICIAL.... THE SEA SERPENT IS RETURNING This is all VERY exciting!!

Now it makes sense. Dang, I sure do wish there were some concept art around for us to see.

This new submarine ride looks like it's going to be very, very cool. Much better than the 1959 version of the ride.

They are there for guests on the promendade. Much like the 3 seagull AAs that will cry "Mine! Mine! Mine!" as subs go by. You won't see them on the attraction itself.

I probably need to ask why but Kathy was adamant that the ruins wouldn't be visible to sub guests.

I also can't figure out how people walking by the Matterhorn would be able to see the ruins under the water.

I distinctly recall watching the "sea turtles" in about that same area, even in the years after the subs were all put in drydock.

Back on subs ... seems to me, those ruins will be seen through the portholes .. but not by passers-by on Matterhorn way.

You can see they are starting to build curved walls to smooth out the square building.
