And I second allearsnet.com -- especially their slide shows of resorts and rides. Also for your kids, I think the book "Disney World For Kids By Kids" was one of our best purchases. It has kid-friendly information (including where to get the best pbj sandwiches!), games, ratings, a trip countdown, things to color, etc. It comes out every year and includes maps and up-to-date ride info.
