Also anyone else think Rose Tylers mother has far too large a role and that that characters 15 minutes of fame should have long since expired. To my UK friends here....how was the 2nd season received compared to the first inthe UK ?

He thought that it was because they returned to that area of London often and the Dr seems to be able to control the tardis more than he used to. Ok, think that's it.

The boys are trading home made DVD's of episodes and getting into character discussions and all that jazz. It looks like Dr. Who is going ot live on in yet another generation.

(Tom Baker was my 1st exposure to the Doctor, and I liked him, too.) Tennant appears to have a quirkier (is that a word) sense of humor, especially with lines like "..saved the world in my jim-jambs...very Arthur Dent." or something to that effect. I hope he stays for a while.
