They have a logo on them similar to the YOAMD logo, but I think it's on the front (they may have been wearing them backwards though). The ears also have lights in them that "sparkle" by flashing different ones. I don't know if that's what you saw, or if it was something different. The DL ones that the Dream Squad hands out are light blue with clouds, YOAMD logo, and silver ears.
