    Historical events going on in the US were the influx of immigrants, Great Depression, Dust Bowl, World War I and II, prohibition, start of the nuclear age, etc.

    Major innovations of that era were the mass produced automobile, airplanes, radio, television, etc.

    Sure there was the Golden Age of Hollywood, Roaring 20s, Jazz, Big Band, etc... but I never thought the "Legendary Years" invoked the same "pop culture" icons like the "Classic Years" do.

    I'm curios what "themes" Disney did have planned?
