New to the Boards/ Introduction :)

Hello! I never knew such a fun board existed! Usually people role their eyes at me when I tell them how much I love Disney but I can only imagine getting the exact opposite from all of you! A little bit about me- I am married, have 4 children, 2 dogs and live in Henderson, NV which is just a few miles away from the strip in Las Vegas. Disneyland is a quick 4 hour car trip for us and we make it as frequently as we can! I grew up loving all things Disney and have carried that over to my children. I hand painted Disney murals and characters onto each of their walls and they assume that it's normal! Although teaching them that I can draw on walls and they cannot has been a compltely different story! My few of my favorite parts of Disneyland are as follows- blueberry and chocolate chip muffins from Lilo and Stitch breakfast, the kids searching for hidden Mickeys and the 3 moose on Winnie the Pooh ride (even if we ride it 13 times in a row without getting off, they still excitedly point them out every time!), Fireworks, coming out of the Alice in Wonderland ride on the leaf part during a parade and having Mickey and Minnue waving to my kids from just a few feet away, Nemo ride (although I do have fond memories of the old one, I love the new one too!), elevator on Haunted Mansion, the smell of the water when you first get on Pirates of the Carribean, riding Space Mountain and not being able to stop smiling and let's see, probably riding the Peter Pan ride! Bringing each new child to Disneyland has been so much fun and we immediately get our new sillouette picture done of the family, get personalized mouse ears and the my 1st visit pin. We were planning on coming up again on May 20th to celebrate my daughters 7th birthday and am not sure how those plans will work out now due to this Swine flu problem. I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best though! I look forward to getting to know you all!
