They have to make sure that there wasn't any damage to the parade as it made its trip (which seems pretty fast, since it left DLR on Wednesday or Thursday), and reassemble all the units. There will undoubtedly be plenty of rehearsals and checks for clearances (especially with the last float), since I'm sure some things have been rearranged in the last decade since it ran in the MK. While I don't doubt that they could do this in 6 weeks for the Nightastic opening, it seems like a lot of work to get done any sooner. They will probably want to do some general maintenence on the parade before it starts operation, and make sure that anything that could turn into a bigger problem over the next two years gets fixed early on. Any word on which units they will be using? Will the circus unit make a return, after it was cut from DCA last summer with the addition of the Dwarve's mine and Pleasure Island? Supposedly it got the new LED pixie dust lights and the new programming to go with the music, so it would be an easy addition.
