But admission will be open to everyone since it's no longer a ticketed event. And of course no preview nights leading up to the night. I haven't actually seen the fine print and only passing on what someone else shared on another board.

So you still need to enter the lottery to get access from 8pm on 12/31. Tickets are Y8,000 and the lottery details should be announced in July. Normal operating hours will be in place for 1/1 with a park opening at 8am. It is a cost-cutting exercise.
