Apparently, you can't have more than 2 cards! Since they don't expire until December, and we are going in November, we are totally out of luck!

Now, you may ask, why don't you just re-load them? Well, because we didn't know of this rule, in the past we have given the card to our daughter for her 'spending' money in the park. This way she had a budget and knew just how much she could spend and she chose her purchases wisely. Except now, since those cards are long gone, we are stuck with Disney points that we can't use until NEXT year's trip to use our points. Ugh! I am so mad at myself!! I might just try calling to explain and "hopefully" they will be nice and issue one.

But, for all of you that have cards, be forewarned! I did not know about this rule and I don't want you to be caught unaware as well!

    Take care everyone! *hugs*

On a lighter note...I may have found you a solution to your car rental issue...head back to the "cheap car rental topic".

Sorry you can't use your rewards points on this trip, but think of how many you'll have for the next time. :)

    Just having a Pollyanna momment....

I hope this helps and sorry if I misunderstood :)

I would order it a month early, if possible, just to be safe. You can add more rewards dollars to it once you have it. It's easy to do either on the website or over the phone.

My DH teases me sometimes when we are out. He'll pull out his AMEX card to pay for something just to see the look of horror on my face at the thought of not getting Disney points :) The worst is when he'll use his Shell or Chevron card...........grrr...........I'm getting all shook up just thinking about it.....LOL

I'm glad you'll be able to use your points on this trip, mickeynewe! Keep us posted as to whether you get the replacement cards from Chase.
