The literature that came with the card mentioned you could only have two active rewards cards at a time. Sorry you can't use your rewards points on this trip, but think of how many you'll have for the next time. Just having a Pollyanna momment....

I either lost mine or it wouldn't swipe, I don't remember which and getting a replacement (with the remaining points) and same expiration date was not a problem. It took two full weeks for me to get the most recent one, but I do recall getting them in as little as a week before. I would order it a month early, if possible, just to be safe. You can add more rewards dollars to it once you have it. It's easy to do either on the website or over the phone.
