Space Mountain only had a 30 minute wait, so we went there. After that fun trip through Space, we went over to Splash Mountain to get Fastpasses. We probably could have just done stand-by, the wait time was posted at 45 minutes, but we wanted to go later on. We were going to go on Pirates (my friends hadn't been there since Mr. Sparrow and the rest of the film characters were added), but it was shut down! With that, we went on Indiana Jones, which had a posted wait time of 30 minutes. I just so happened to get the driver seat on this trip. I had noticed that the front didn't seem as "off-road" as past trips, but more on that later. When we left Indy, our Fastpass window for Splash had opened. We went by Pirates, still closed. We walked on to Splash and had a great time. We got off Splash and saw a huge mass of people over on the Adventureland side of New Orleans Square. Pirates reopened!

We bolted to Pirates with a wait time that was posted as 45 minutes (it was really more like 30) and I had left our group to go get Fastpasses for Haunted Mansion Holiday (it had a huge wait). I rejoined our group in the Pirates line and we eventually get up to the loading dock. And we waited...

    And waited...

    Finally a dispatch!

Then we boarded the next boat. After another considerable amount of time, we were finally dispatched. After that, we went over to the Haunted Mansion. I originally didn't like the Holiday version, but it is very slowly growing on me.

We had lunch at River Belle Terrace then went to get Fastpasses for Thunder Mountain, rode Buzz, then went back to Thunder. After that, we went to California Adventure.

We got Fastpasses for Soarin' and Grizzly River Run then went to go ride Maliboomer, the Sun Wheel, and Mulholland Madness before returning to Soarin' and Grizzly River Run. After that we rode Screamin' and went over Hollywood to ride Tower of Terror and Monsters Inc (which my friends hadn't done before). Great times, particularly Tower at night, but Monsters didn't have the television monitors in the cabs working.

We hopped back over to Disneyland and rde Indiana after finding three Indy Fastpasses on the ground. Stroke of luck! We rode in the back row this time and the motion was a hundred times better than our morning expedition! After that, we went on Splash Mountain twice in a row. One of my friends loves water rides) and after seeing me get off Splash fairly dry, she insisted that I sit in the front seat. Fortunately for me, I still didn't get that soaked. Interesting note that Splash was having the ame problems at this point that Pirates had earlier (dispatch problems, etc). After that, same friend suggested riding Grizzly one more time before DCA closed. And so...

Off to DCA we went. We rode Grizzly River Run twice in a row and both times, I was completely and utterly soaked! After getting off and feeling a case of hypothermia coming on, I suggested we bolt for Fantasyland. When we got into Fantasyland, we went on Mr. Toad and was hardly warmed up by the end inferno sequence. Then, a trip on the Storybookland canal boats, a very cold ride on Space Mountain, and a ride on Peter Pan ended a very full day at Disneyland. Photos from the trip will be posted on Photobucket in the coming days.
