If their lawsuit succeeds, they'll have bipartisan anger directed at them not just in Texas, but around the country if it is another razor-close election. Libertarians would be strung up by their dangling chads. Like so many things, the Libertarians are technically correct on this point, but miss the larger, common sense reality. And it sure isn't a way to endear yourself to the electorate.
