November is getting colder and hints of the Christmas / Chanukah season are around. Thinking about Thanksgiving and what and who I'm truly thankful for. What are October and November to you?

November is the best birth month and I have yet to meet a November baby that I haven't loved. ♥ It's my wedding anniversary. It's DDinlaw's birthday; my sister's birthday. It's the birth month of two of the best kissers on the planet (no, not me . It's Thanksgiving....it's counting blessings....it's baking and cooking....it's family. It's Miracle on 34th Street and White Christmas and Holiday Inn and Christmas Story and Christmas music.

No matter what, the seasons will still arrive. November is wonderful because it's my birthday month. I go all out for Thanksgiving, the only meal I plan and spend so much time preparing. I plan different table decor each year. Also, I get to daydream about Xmas w/o having to do too much work because it's still not "officially" Xmas season. But there's so much to look at in the stores. Adore this time of year and look forward to it for 9 long months each year. Thanks for the reminder of what is good in this world, knight!

October is the end of my Uni year, my Mother and brothers birthday, the start of the summer party season.

It's always nice when you have my back! LOL!) Yeah, RMM....you and Roon are the angels, and Shiva is the sweetest biggest brother on LP....and has been known to be an angel.....at times. And I would be remiss if I didn't add: November is Veteran's Day, and the Marine Corps Birthday, and my anniversary month. So much to celebrate!

It is my Brother and my BIL's birthdays, so family celebrations on both sides too. November is cool too. November is where my birthday resides and also is a celebration of the anniversary of proposing to my wife (I popped the question on my birthday). This day is also my son's half birthday. So it is pretty important to me. I have never met a Scorpio I didn't love. And the excitement for christmas builds. The disney parks start their celebrations, the shopping is nearly finished, and we can make plans of how to decorate for Christmas. and this year, I am on count down to 40 days off work!!!! I leave my job Nov 28th!

Our daily walks become more fun as the weather cools and the trees change colors. We swish through the fallen leaves and think of Charlie Brown. We head to DLR for our uber Halloween fix. November is our 3rd childs birth month. He'll be 27 this year and his birthday usually falls on or near Thanksgiving. It's special memories of bringing a new baby home for the holidays We host Thanksgiving dinner so it's planning and decorating and bonding with family and bringing in new family members to our traditions. Fall is my favorite time of year!

In addition to it being my birthday month, I love eating Turkey and dressing for Thanksgiving with all my family. Then, we get out all the ads and make a plan of attack for Black Friday shopping. I am one of those strange people you see that are up and shopping at 5 AM. It is just such a way to really get the holiday spirit going. Everybody seems to be in a festive mood as long as you avoid the electronic stores. Then once that is over, the rest of November is getting the house all decorated for Christmas.
