    Andy Kaufman was a guy who, the more I see and the more I understand, WAS totally "on stage" the whole time. Creating contraversy and "sinking feelings" and all that was totally PART of his entertainment.

    Genius, for real. I think you either loved him or hated him though (most of the cast of TAXI hated him lol).
