OMG! I'M IN THE PARADE OF DREAMS!

Sorry to Toot my own Horn, But on 7/16/06 I went to a parade Audition for "Parade of Dreams" And I Made it!

Out of 25 men who auditioned, only 8 guys were hired, one happend to be me!

After sweeping up trash and cleaning peoples leftover/half-eatten food as a Busser at Burger Invasion for a year, Then rolling churros, pushing heavy drink carts, and selling bright seizure inducing necklaces as a Vendor in ODV for another year, and being rejected from countless auditions for Atmosphere Characters, Entertainment Host and even Innoventions, I've finally made it into the Entertainment Department!

I was shocked when I made it, Since I completly screwed up the complex dance routine they Showed us. But even though I couldn't dance, I kept smiling and looked like I was having fun.

Afterwards, group-by-group, people kept getting cut, untill finally only 8 of us were left in the room, and we were offerd parade roles! I had never been so excited in my life!

The Funny part about all this is that I'm going to go from pushing ODV carts on the Parade route before the parade selling necklaces and drinks and what-not, to acually being in the parade!

Next time you see the Seven Dwarfs in the Parade, give a but wave to "Happy". He might very well be me!

This just goes to show that "Dreams really do come true" And you should never give up, and keep trying!

I'm not sure I understand - I know the face characters are played by people, but aren't the head characters you see in the park actually the characters themselves?

I'm Sure Kim will find another Glow vendor, who can sell glow almost as good as I do!

My First Rehearsals are on the 25th of July, so I might not be in the Parade until late July / Early August.

Just Shout Hello to Happy and maybe I'll wave to you if I can hear so see you!
