My husband has already booked airfare as the kids have drove him crazy already and I'm about to do the same .. I checked we can not get on the same plane and kids fly free was booked out for this time slot in January.. Can we do this ? How long would it take us to get to Santa Clarita driving on Saturday, It usually takes us 11 hours to get to sacremento.. Remember in Oregon most highways are still 55 and top out at 65 in spots.. Thanks in advance

Portland is about 7 hours from us, and Santa Clarita is about 2 hours from Anaheim (that's just a guess, someone can correct me if I'm wrong). That makes your drive at about 14 hours, including stops, so pretty reasonable, even with a 4 year old who will likely sleep through a good portion of it. Have a great time!

LOL I made the drive back to Portland from LA all in one shot with 2 kids in the car. I left at 1pm from LA and arrived in Portland at 5am. I am STILL getting over this amazing test of driving stamina.
