Universal had absolutely nothing to do with the fact that the guy was mentally disturbed. Spontaneous outbreaks like this are- well, not predictable. From the sounds of it the guy did not have any kind of record when he was hired, otherwise he would have been shown the door on his first day. Besides, ask the right Disney employee what a "sphincter view" is and see the look of horror that forms on their face.
