It was nice to have a leisurely lunch & chat. BTW, the menu hasn't changed at Rancho yet. Fish tacos are still on the menu. then we watched Billy Hill & dh headed back with the kids for a swim & nap. I went shopping & ran into Ursula! So good to see here in WoD! We ate dinner that night at Ariel's Grotto. Every other place was packed in DL, this place was empty. We saw Mulan, Jasmine, Ariel & Aurora, once each. The food was ok, not great, just ok. Then we headed to meet up with Lisann again for fireworks. Thanks again Lisa for saving spots & for the gorgeous Mickey ears you gave the girls! Again, the fireworks were cancelled though. Lisa headed back & we said our goodbyes. My family & I closed the park that night. Monday we packed up & let the kids pick one last ride. dd6 picked Screamin', lol & dd9 picked TOT. After Screamin' Rich took dd9 to ride TOT (dd6 is scared to death of it) on the way, he noticed ABC cameras again & ABC video taped them walking by. Then called them over & asked him if he'd like to be on the special with dd9. He signed a release, they gave him a camera & asked dd9 to stand by an ornament outside of FFF & he was just to take a picture of her. So look for them on Christmas Day. Our last stop was Engine Ear Toys. We got the DLR/WDW train. We didn't opt for the gold train. We prefered the traditional one & BTW, it looks great around the tree & the kids love it! Again, the whole way home, no traffic. It really was a prefect trip. I'm so thankful we had this family time & were able to share it with great friends! I'll try to get some pictures up very soon.
