    Oh yummy! I just started in on my plate of a half dozen. Here at Vallejo's in Sacramento, that means eight.

    These are raw, but my favorite are the BBQ'd oysters they serve at the Jazz Jubilee.

    Not since then, and never again.

    I love pretty much ANY seafood with the exception of octopus (unlike squid, it's a tough) chew, not tender) and surf clam (again, a texture thing more than flavor), and someone would have to pay me BIG $$ to even try urchin - just too nasty-looking. *LOL*

    Now that I've probably TOTALLY grossed out the seafood haters... ;-)

Old Fashion glasses hold too much liquid. Pop 'em... savor the oyster a bit and gulp 'er down! :)
