I just assumed everyone's read the same and that TDG would see what I saw and be similarily amused. Buuuut, if I got an "ooooookaaayyyy" out of you, well, then now I'm thinkin' maybe I was wrong! Where is the original extended opening theme?? (not seen since original broadcast in '83 and '84) Where are the episode introductions by Harvey Korman as Alistair Quince?? Where are any commentaries by or interviews with any of the cast *WHO ARE ALL STILL ALIVE??* Where are the promotional photo galleries?? Where are the documentaries?? Where is the "Eunice" TV movie which prompted the series?? Where are any bonus "Family" sketches from "The Carol Burnett Show"?? Where are the gag reels?? (no jokes on "gag", DAR) Warner Bros. is not getting any money from this TDG by tryin' to pull a scam with this. Instead, they're gonna get a scathing letter and a demanding-answers phone call. If only Vicki could have put a stop to this and demanded the full treatment for the show's fans, *sigh*... Just check out all the fans who are slammin' it with the lowest of the low, one-star ratings (again, no jokes DAR, ha ha): http://www.amazon.com/Mamas-Fa mily/dp/B00005JP3M/ref=pd_sxp_f_pt/103-8736082-9160641?ie=UTF8 And as for the "Also Viewed" page, I've only viewed "Facts of Life" (which I own) and "Alice"---what have you people been lookin' at? ;-) <---brewin' lambasting "fear of God" ideas in his head to express in writing and a phone call

I can never understand why companies can't come to an agreement when it comes to copyright issues and such. If Warner KNEW that they couldn't have the rights to the complete series, then they should have struck a deal with the company that does. Ditto for The Muppet Show; I'm willing to bet that it was offered by CBS/Paramount (or if Disney and CBS had an agreement), the shows would have been shown in its entirety (if memory serves me right, I think the Time-Life collection was also uncut).
