They could always add some sort of awning/covering back there, but with how heavy the morning dew often is, I'm not sure how effective it would be.

I suspect that a large part of the reason may also be that it's just easier to explain it in the Time Guide to guests if it runs the same direction every day of the week.

Of course, it's entirely possible that the final run of any given day might be after closing, without lights, music, or performers (and with costumes loaded onto a cart of some sort).

I vaguely recall that for a time, they actually DID store Light Magic in the Town Square Layover area during the day. Mainly because it eased the bottlenecks during the first performance of the evening. But that was more about poor planning (LM's doom) than anything else.

That makes sense. I hadn't considered that there is a building that houses the units for storage.

Contrary to what most people think, there is barely enough room to park a parade behind Main Street. Other backstage vehicles also park there and there are usually parking restrictions in that area for most of the day.

But I have seen the parade go from Town Square to Small World on a one parade day several times. Just ask a CM to be sure.

How does it do that? Are you saying it started in the same location multiple times in the same day? I think you mean they moved them back at night and sent them down again the next day.
