Much more friendly and helpful. Good luck with whatever you decide to do!

The lack of stress is the biggest factor. The last time we were at Disneyland as a family was late August of 2007. During the trip my son (14) started having these wierd flailing moments, looked like he was drunk, and he was super tired, very unusual for him. Couldn't make up his mind, grumpy... Every couple of months something different would happen, lost the grip in his hand for a week, couldn't hold a pencil, or fork then it was in his left hand. By the following April he had lost the feeling in his legs and was in the hospital. He regained his mobility by the following September and actually danced in a play of Willy Wonka. Turns out he has Multiple Sclerosis. This is the first time back, we used to go once or twice a year. He can't handle, heat, stress, crowds...

I don't know if that made the room larger than others, but it was at least as large as any room I've ever had at the DLH. Frankly I've never been that impressed by the DLH rooms themselves. My enjoyment of that hotel came from the waterfalls and koi pools in the central courtyard area. Now that those are gone I'm not sure I would pay the extra to stay there again. At the PPH I enjoyed walking through the GF on the way to DTD and the parks.

One plus, in my mind at least, is that we get to use the Disney pool because they are still working on P/P pool. Read that outloud for a childish guffaw. Funny 10 or more years ago when we stayed at P/P they were working on the pool as well. Boys, teens, now, were to small, just to much work to cart them and their stuff over at that time.
