I have noticed that the guest seem more stressed out here than they do at Dinsneyland. has anyone noticed this too. When I have gone to Disneyland it seems to be more relaxed. I know that Epcot has a lot of elbow room but it seems people are rushing though.

I know I found that due to the high stress nature of my job, it used to take me almost a week to 'fire down' before I could start to enjoy myself. This was the main reason I starting booking 2 weeks at a time, but I realize that that is not possible for everyone all the time also.
For me as I have gotten older I'd like to think I learned a little along the way...and I have come to embrace each vacation now with a lot more taking in of the sights/sounds etc. Now I also know I will be back in 6 mos - 1 year so the stress of having to do it all is gone.
Couple the stress of a person's job, with that of everyday life right now which I believe is more stressful than say 20 years ago ( prespective I know) - and then add in trying to be a commando and see/do every ride and attraction there - and voila - the burnout we all see from families literally killing themselves to have a good time and going home exhausted --

been there and done that, so I am not criticizing as much as understanding how it happens so I avoid it now.

Routines are changed, your trying to make everyone happy, no one eats or sleeps as normal. It may not be the stress people are used to but it is still stress.

this was the first thing i thought of when i read this topic...
I think people rush around trying to see everything in all four parks plus DTD, a 7 day vacation at WDW is much shorter then a 7 day vacation at DL there much more to see and do in the same amount of time, lots less relaxing going on.

After that we slowed down a bit. We now visit two parks, always MK and rotate the others, during our week. We use the other days to relax, go to the other resorts, DTD and other non-theme park attractions.
We enjoy our time at WDW more now.

Once we check in, we leave behind the stress, and all the worries of having to be any where at any particular time. If we go to a park and it is way to crowded, we just leave and go find something else to do. We stay up late and sleep in. I realize not everyone can vacation like this, but it is definitely worth the $ to us to get away from the "real world" for just awhile.

Because you can't do everything, what you can do is just spend a solid block of time, however long your trip is, just having FUN! You'll never run out of fun things to do.
