What impressed me about this show is that the two brothers 'Phineas and Ferb' spend their time creating and doing things and their goal is to do something different each day of summer. But they don’t do things small, they like to go to the moon, build beaches and monster truck rallies all in their back yard. When you contrast this with Nick’s “The Fairly OddParents” whose main character’s goal in life is to watch TV all day and eat junk food? One of the most subtle things about the 'Phineas and Ferb' writing is that the two boys do not lie. They always tell the truth when asked what they did, which also includes a running gag of someone almost always asking them: “Aren’t you a little young to do __fill in the blank__ “. The writing is also freshly original with very few parodies of other show and movies. Unless you count Perry’s adventures as a James Bond spoof. If you have not done so go ahead an check this show out.

I regret I've only seen a handful of episodes -- maybe 5 or 6 in all -- but there wasn't even a mediocre one in the whole bunch. I'm dying to see the rollercoaster episode...
