If you mean the card, I think you can get one sent to you before the trip, but every photopass photographer has a stack and you can get one moments after getting your first picture taken.

The one I want will be $99.00, also the ride pictures may go to the photo pass system. They said that right now the only one that is with the pass is TT. It was a trial with photo pass to see how it worked. All the other photo rides are with a different company. They were saying that in the next 12 months we could see more attrations with the photo pass system. Now that will be worth the $$, I'm looking forward to seeing witch attractions have it next year.
