They raised the outfield fences, so maybe that will help the lack of pitching talent. It doesn't look like Randy Wolf will even begin pitching until after the all star break.

Sure hope your right about the wildcard.

Your prediction of the AL Central is in line with what most people expect, but I hope you're wrong. I look for the Twins to be in second place and get the Wild Card spot.

I think that the Twins will be a better team this year than last. Mauer and Morneau have another year of experience, Tori Hunter will hopefully not miss a major portion of the season due to injury and the acquisition of Rondell White should give them more power in the DH position.

We upgraded our season ticket package this year and are really looking forward to going to the games. Although our new package has fewer games than what we had last year, we now have upper deck box seats between home and first where last year we had the "cheap seats" (upper deck outfield).

I was listening to ESPN Radio and they talked about the syringe and Bonds's performance in the game and all the steroids talk, but I never heard them give the actual score of the game. Sorry to hear they lost. I miss listening to Giants games.
