Who do you think should play Quasimodo, Esmerelda (a hard one, she has to both sing and dance), Phoebus, Frollo, Clopin and the Gargoyles?

Victor Garber has starred in a lot of their musicals ... maybe Frollo?

    Alan Cumming as Clopin?

Let's pray they don't cast too young with Quasi ... gasp! Justin Timberlake as the Bellringer? Mandy Moore as Esmerelda? Freddie Prinze Jr. as Phoebus ???? Talk about 'hellfire' ...

Kind of a stretch but what about Hugh Jackman as Phoebus? Personally, I would love to see Terrance Mann as Frollo. :)

(Side note: Jackman is starring in the new musical "The Boy from Oz" - the life of Peter Allen - next season on Broadway, and Beth Fowler - the original and current Mrs. Potts on Broadway - will play his mother. And Jackman played Gaston in the Australian version of "Beauty & the Beast" as well.)

Terrance Mann - the original Broadway Beast - is also a great choice for Frollo.

I have the German cast album, I'm pretty sure the Archdeacon is in the show as well. Victor Garber would be good in that role, even though it is small.

But along that train of thought, Tom Hulce (Quasi), Paul Kendall (Clopin), Charles Kimbrough (Victor), Jason Alexander (Hugo) and even Tony Jay (Frollo) and David Ogden Stiers (Archdeacon) could also be considered as well.
