That is, it will become a service facility for all Westside restaurant operations to get them through the big NOS remodel. Once that remodel is complete, however, who knows? I imagine it covers the perimeter of the entire 'city block' where all the New Orleans Square buildings sit. Does this kitchen serve all New Orleans Square restaurants, as well as the employee eatery? I imagine it's one cavernous basement all attached to the subterranean level of "Pirates". A diagram would be cool. I don't know if one exists out there on the net.
