They did an EKG and have confirmed that he has not had a heart attack, but his blood pressure is elevated and he has having shortness of breath so they are checking for blockages. Right now we don't know what is going on. He has been told not to do anything strenuous, but it is impossible to keep my dad down, (yes that's where I get it from). The worst part is my dad is a pilot and a flight instructor. He lives for flying and flies several times a week and loves to teach. He particularly loves working with younger college students who are working on their degrees. He is retired and doesn't do it for the money. He does it because he loves it. Each time he takes on a new student, it's like he adopts another son or daughter. He takes so much pride in them. Because of this he has been grounded and there is a possibility he may permanently loose his license. I'm pretty worried about him.
