I mean, its just sitting there. and Disney never lets anything just sit there unfinished without covering it up!

That delayed the opening of Pop Century. Frankly, I'm amazed that they've already been able to open as much as they have.

There is a test run on value resorts using a mini-suite floor plan at the All Star resorts. Provided that test run goes well, the other side of pop century will be primarily different types of suites.

If so, then there is no reason for them to offer more rooms. Unless they want to discount and compete with offsite cheapo motels.

We stayed in the 50s and whenever we walked out of the door, this is what we saw. It's pretty cool, but you gotta wonder what happened. I seriously think they ran out of paint! I can't believe how much paint they use! LOL!

Frequently the occupancy can reach 100%, especially during the home builders association convention and holidays.

Originally Posted By typhoonCM no the homebuilders association is at the convention center but they take up a TON of disney rooms. This year they said there were over 110,000 home builders represented. traffic was CRAZY on 528 most of the week when they were here. I-4 was no picnic either.
