And if it's warm enough to swim, the water park that's open should have light attendance numbers. The only better time to visit crowd wise is the weeks between New Years and Presidents Day. But the last couple years it's been very cold in January and February.

The first weekend in Dec the crowds partially were due to the Xmas Holiday filming. I also think it was crowded because of the discounting and free dining. I did not use free dining but my room at the POP Century was 65 per night. Also noticed towards the end of my stay the arrival of Pop Warner football and dance cheer leagues and that is tradition for those big groups. I think we must realize Disney has this down to a perfect science. They need to attract crowds whatever it takes. I still had a lot of fun and will go again.
