The walk doesnt seem bad in the morning, but at night it seemed really long. I would take a stroller, rather then rent one, that way it will be easier to get the little ones back at night. We found cutting through the GC was quickest.

The walk is a little long but their standard rooms are a bit larger than the other DLR standard rooms and you always get a frig (and not a weighted frig like GCH) and the staff have always been wonderful to us. Other hotels are cheaper and closer but I just love to stay *on property* and my kids love staying there b/c they love the whole California feel. (They're little surfers at heart.) Hope you have a great time next week. I am so envious! Oh, and don't forget you still get a lot of the same benefits you would at GCH (like package delivery back to your room).
