The Sunday is busy as if I remember correctly, they have special activities to celebrate and then Monday was full of the locals who had no school. Most local schools should still be in classes the rest of the week, but you can always check the Orange County School District web page to make sure.
Originally Posted By SDmom We went to DLR last year the week before President's Day and it was very busy. Not summer crowds, however, all attractions were on 1/2 capacity, which meant very long wait times. Note, many SoCal Schools take the entire week of Presidents day off.
