We once got the Candlewood Suites & it was about 2 miles from the park & they didn't offer a shuttle. Luckily we have a PAP, so we didn't have to pay to park.

(You could get something else, tho.) I would stick with 3 star and you shouldn't have an issue with location or shuttle.
