Twice today I rode Space Mountain. Both times, I enjoyed it, except for the final stop. Both times, the ride slowed, slowed, slowed, and then finally stopped with a sudden jerk that drove the lap bar painfully into my gut.

I don't remember this from previous trips. Have the brakes gotten less smooth? Has my gut gotten bigger? Has anybody else noticed anything like this?

[Actually, the best question is why, having had this happen once, I went and rode it again. ;-)]

(From memory - I haven't been on it for over a year - I think there was a bit of a jerk at the end).
