Please be patient while we work our magic!

My name is Sarah, and as head of the performance improvement consulting team hired by Mousesurplus, I'd like to assure each of you of the positive direction Mousesurplus LLC is heading. While we work to identify issues, develop solutions and restore value, we look forward to the opportunity to answer your questions and address your concerns.

During this transition, our Disney aficionados are working 24 hours a day to restore the magic. Currently, we are not only rebuilding Mousesurplus in every conceivable way, but are also continuing to find amazing treasures and collectibles we didn't even know we had! We are sure they will delight both young and old, and are thrilled at the thought of unveiling them soon.

We welcome the chance to build more positive and enjoyable relationships with our guests. Although we are not able to correct the past, we are eager to assist guests, new and old, as they experience all the magic Mousesurplus has to offer.

It is our goal to make Mousesurplus the "happiest place on eBay", and that will only happen by making your wishes come true.

For those of you currently involved in a transaction, we are aware of your status, and rest assured your satisfaction is our utmost priority. You can look forward to positive results.

    "Everybody neat and pretty?

    On with the show..."

It sounds like they may have had some problems. Does anyone have any more information?

I was fortunate enough to get ahold of one of those "collectibles" they didn't even know they had. They were selling one of the backdrops fromthe Country Bears Vacation show, the Trixie backdrop, but they hadn't labeled or advertised it as anything country bears, only that it was from WDW and they didn't know what show it was used in. My ONLY good find anywhere....ever.
